PANTEXTerms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Pantex website and the purchase of our artificial intelligence solutions. By using the site or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.
01 · What Pantex offers
Pantex implements and supports artificial intelligence solutions for businesses, such as Oliv.IA (customer service) and Finance AI. The technology is licensed from Sócios AI, of which Pantex is an official licensee. Guided implementation is done personally by Matheus Silva.
02 · Free diagnosis
The diagnosis on the site and the diagnosis call are free and create no obligation to buy.
03 · Sign-up, setup fee and trial
Every AI has a one-time setup fee of $9.90 (R$ 49.90), charged at sign-up, which unlocks a 14-day trial. On Oliv.IA, the trial includes half the conversation quota of the chosen plan.
The first monthly payment is charged at the end of the 14 days. If you cancel before that, no monthly payment is charged.
Customers in Brazil may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days with a full refund, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
04 · Plans, billing and renewal
Billing is monthly on every plan. On plans with a commitment (Semiannual and Annual), the monthly price is lower in exchange for the chosen period.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle. The price, cycle, first charge date and renewal date are shown in the summary before you confirm, and automatic renewal requires your explicit agreement.
Any price change will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
05 · Cancellation and pause
You can cancel whenever you want, right from your dashboard, in 2 clicks, without talking to anyone. After canceling there are no new charges and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
You can also pause your subscription for 30 days. During the pause nothing is charged and your AI stays set up for when you come back.
On plans with a commitment, the conditions for canceling before the end of the period are shown in the sign-up summary.
06 · Acceptable use
You agree to use the AIs lawfully: no spam or unsolicited messages, respecting the policies of connected channels (such as WhatsApp and Instagram) and data protection laws regarding your customers’ data.
You are responsible for the information and content you provide to train the AI and for the offers you make to your customers.
07 · Limits of artificial intelligence
AI answers and analyses are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review important information before making decisions. Finance AI supports management but does not replace individual accounting, tax or legal advice.
08 · Availability
We work to keep the AIs running 24 hours a day, but the service depends on third parties such as cloud providers, Meta, banks and carriers. Outages of those services may affect operation.
09 · Intellectual property
The Pantex brand, the site and its content belong to Pantex. The AI technology belongs to its respective owners. Your business data and content remain yours.
10 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pantex’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit rights guaranteed by consumer protection law.
11 · Personal data
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
12 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced to customers in advance by email or WhatsApp.
13 · Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
